HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:
Call us at (832) 856-2800 Tue - Sat 11AM - 7PM CST. We are closed Sundays and Mondays (Should you get our voicemail, please leave a message with a phone number to call or an email address to send an email to, we will reply ASAP) Or you can email us at sales (at) emeralddragonbooks.com with a list of items(s) from our website to request an invoice. We will promptly reply with a PayPal invoice unless a different payment method is requested. If a different payment method is requested, we will send an invoice directly to your email address. We accept major credit cards (via PayPal), also bank cashiers and counter checks and bank wire transfers (Bank wire only for orders over $ 150.00 USD please)
If you would like to submit payment by bank cashiers and counter checks or wire transfer, we will hold the item(s) for you until our bank clears your payment. Please note that we cannot accept checks from foreign banks, as we incur additional expense in depositing them. All bank cashiers and counter checks checks must be drawn on a US bank or other US based financial services provider, or orders will be held until additional costs are resolved.

OUR RETURN POLICY:
We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions regarding any of the items you are ordering, please email us at: info (at) emeralddragonbooks.com before placing your order. If the rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within seven (7) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund or credit for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when originally sent to you, excluding shipping/insurance costs. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.
When returning merchandise, please ship your books in the same packaging Emerald Dragon Books used to send your order. Be sure all cardboard slabs are taped tightly to prohibit movement of the books between them. Insurance and delivery confirmation of returns is entirely your responsibility. Books returned to Emerald Dragon Books in packaging other than our own or in packaging that has not been taped and sealed sufficiently will not be accepted. If you’ve any questions about this policy and how to pack your books, or if our packaging was damaged in transit to you, please call (832) 856-2800 before shipping your return.
All "in person" sales (conventions, in our office or retail store etc.) are final. There are no returns, refunds, credits, exchanges accepted on "in person" sales. The only exception is explained below in the Unrestored Guarantee section.
OUR DAMAGE POLICY:
We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. If despite our efforts your order does arrive damaged, please do the following: If your order was shipped by U.S. Mail, take the entire order (all contents and all original packing material) to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.
All comics are carefully and strictly graded by Emerald Dragon Books. Emerald Dragon Books can not guarantee that CGC, CBCS, PGX or other dealers will always agree with the grade Emerald Dragon Books has assigned a book. Under no circumstance does Emerald Dragon Books take a return based on a difference of opinion from another dealer or CGC, CBCS, PGX. Customers have 7 business days to return any raw comic if dissatisfied with the comic or grade (see return policy, above).
Emerald Dragon Books guarantees that only books described as restored are restored. Before buying please read the comments field for the comic(s) you are interested in. In the rare case you discover a book Emerald Dragon Books sold you as unrestored is restored Emerald Dragon Books will give you a 100% refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days Emerald Dragon Books offers a store credit redeemable toward any future comic book purchase. This policy does not extend to any books that contain comments indicating any type or form of restoration. We consider books graded as unrestored by CGC, CBCS, PGX and placed into a slab to be unrestored. Customers are responsible for any expenses incurred in the discovery of restoration or shipping costs.
CGC, CBCS, PGX SALES:
Please note that although we do accept returns on our regular stock, all sales of comic books noted as graded by CGC, CBCS, PGX and sealed in their respective protective plastic casings, or any other sales of comic books graded and sealed by any other 3rd Party Grader, are final.
Although the following is very rare, due to the nature of the acrylic holders, minor chipping and cracking of the holder may occasionally occur during shipping. Emerald Dragon Books takes great pains to pack comics in a careful and protective manner, and our packaging methods have been painstakingly tested with major carriers to ensure we meet the highest standards of safety and stability. However, as cracking and chipping on graded comics holders is quite common, Emerald Dragon Books cannot guarantee the condition of any graded comics holders. Emerald Dragon Books cannot accept returns on slabbed and graded books due to holder damage that does not affect the grade, value or condition of the comic itself.
